Use punctuation marks where appropriate. Posting hard to read otherwise.

There should be a specific torque for that nut. You probably have it torqued too tight. Sorry I cannot give specific torque, but you may find it in the green book.

You have tightened the nut too tight.
The pinion bearing load is adjusted by tightening the pinion nut. There is a crush sleeve between the two pinion bearings. You tighten the nut until you get a certain amount of drag on the pinion. As you tighten the nut the sleeve crushes. In your case you have tightened the nut too much and loaded the bearings too much creating heat. The proper fix is to remove the pinion seal and front bearing and install a new crush sleeve and tighten to the correct load. Bill

Thank you for your help not sure I can do that my self might
have to bring the rear to some one If I losen the nut a little will
that be good for a while I only drive her a few times a month

Normally loosening a pinion nut will not work, it's a one-way type of thing, once it is backed off any amount it is not usable. Not sure what the result would be with very limited usage! I would not drive it with it heating up. Guess you could attempt to loosen it and then retighten it to the correct torque. The biggest problem I have seen is the pinion nut will not stay tightened once it is backed off any.

I am assuming that is a passenger car. Station wagons and trucks are different. Slide axles out about 6", Remove the rear end gears (what I call a pumpkin). Mark the position of the load adjusters on the side of each timkin bearing on ring gear assembly. Remove large main bearing type Caps that are held on by 2 bolts on each side. Slide ring gear assemble out. Do not lose track of how bearing load positioners were. MARK EVERTHING.set the assembly aside. Remove pinion nut and slide pinion out, You will see would looks like a piece of exhaust pipe. That is the cruseable spacer. The right way is to replace it. I recommend a new one. I have stretched them back longer by tapping on them with a tight fitting socket inside.Keep track of lenght with a dial indicator. You only have to stretch it a little, maybe .090. Reassemble pinion assembly. clean treads of pinion bearing and pinion nut with brake clean, coat with hard setting loctite and set drag to about 15 - 17 inch pounds. Reassemble ring gear assembly using your marks to make sure you do not change the side load on the bearings
