1951 Ford chopped shoebox
The rust....Very LITTLE....along the left side floor edge and the spare tire carrier pan....THAT'S IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All other panels are rust free! You will not find another as clean as this in Illinois!
I chopped it 4" in the front 6" in the rear, not too much so the lines look real good. All the welding and the grinding is done.
Rounded B-pillars and door corners, shaved handles and locks (I will include the original handles and locks)
The doors open and close great, I removed the original latches so I could install bear claws. (I will include the original latches and I haven't cut the bear claws in)
Also have the front bumper (needs rechromed)
The frame is original but has been blasted painted and has new hardware all around. Original rear end also has been cleaned and painted (3.50ish gear)
Fuel tank has also been restored and is in great shape.
Glass: I have the front windshields, rear window, a pattern for the door glass (regulators work perfect), A-pillar wing windows and chrome trim, the rear sides will need to be cut, but I also will include the original rear regulators and glass.
Interior: I have the original front seat (needs redone pretty rough) all the window trim, original dash with all the gauges still in and all the cables for the choke, heaters and vents still attached. Magic air is still in cowl.
Lights: I have all the lights front and rear including trim.
Extras included: NIB full roll rear tail pan (custom stuff) NIB rockers (NOT because of rust only because of dents) NIB IDIDIT steering column ( the stock one is gone)
Hub caps, extra interior trim, and other misc little stuff.
No engine or trans, but I can make a deal on a 390 and C-6 trans (both need rebuilt)
CLEAN Illinois Title (2011)
Why am I selling? I really want a pre-war vehicle.
I WILL TRADE FOR A PRE-WAR VEHICLE!
