I'm trying to put a 5.0 EFI in a 47 ford street rod and don't need smog stuff. What vaccum ports do I need to make the engine run properly.

You will need at least 3 ports. First is the PCV, Second is the MAP sensor if the engine is speed density or Baro sensor if it is Mass Airflow, and lastly and VERY important is the vacuum signal to your fuel pressure regulator.with a vacuum signal the regulated pressure to the injectors is around 32psi., when you got to heavy throttle, the vacuum signal drops and the regulator kicks the pressure up to about 40psi. Without regulator function you will cause the engine to run rich or the processor to keep trying to reduce pulse with to the injectors to run properly.
