My friend Richard has the Edelbrock 500, I've driven it and have had many miles in it. engine pulls very strong and gets over 20MPg in local driving. Not as Moncho as 4 duces, but it's a real fine driver.

The Edelbrock 500 , same I guess as the old Carter AFB's , is a joy
to work on and tune. Very straight forward. If Vic made it with a small base I'd
be temped.
