:confused:I just got a 49 ford business coupe. It has small rust issues in the floors, toe boards, rockers, and on the bottom of where the door attach. The rust is mostly pinholes but I don't want any issues down the road so I'm going to install new front floors, rockers and toe boards. The question I have is there any proper sequence I should follow. I have had the car completly sandblasted. Thanks

yes, do the rockers,( front cowl, and lower front rear 1/4 if needed) make the door fit correctly so the car looks good at the shows, then do the front floors then toe boards last.

since the rockers and inner rockers are welded to the floor braced that hold up the car, gettting the body level is important and kind of fussy proceedure.

call if you need more help 216-541-4585 i will be back on friday
