49 coupe exterior door handle

Seems a weak design ,but it is old. The coupe handle has the stalk with an internal thread and I assuming the other flat handle to be 4 dr. As you can see the other weak pint is the area around pivot pin, it has a crack , I have one with a broken off pivot. It’s the two tabs near the leading edge in the pot metal that are very worn not fully retaining the handle.
Can any one help with a better one or even NOS ? This is a car we plan to keep. Just going on a 6 day road trip and parts are hours from any help.

It looks like the ones I called 4 door might fit and work. At least they are not pot metal.they look quite different , a much tighter fit , polished cleaned and lubed , they work.
