'49 8ba flywheel question

Knowing the stock '49 car clutch is 9.5", will a 10" disc work with the pressure plate? I'm switching to a t5 so I'd like to use a 10" Astro disc with the standard pressure plate. If it wont fit will a 9" disc hold up?

I have an 8ba in my '39 p/u with a stock '39 trans. I run a 9" disc for the '39 trans with the 9 1/2" 8ba pressure plate with no issues. Another option is to have your flywheel redrilled for a 10" pressure plate. Should be a straight forward job for a competent shop.
