I saw a 51 woody at my mechanics shop last week. I was surprised by how much wood they still had on them that late? They’re pretty cool looking and you don’t see a lot of them around like the earlier woodys . This one had a fair amount of rust/rot underneath it.
In 1951 Ford was getting close to closing the Iron Mountain plant, so depending on the time of assembly, 1951 could have a little of any remaining wood parts.
