I had my tank cleaned,and sealed a couple of years ago,and recently leak checked again,and passed.The problem is,the pipe plug may not have been tightened more than hand tight,before sealing.the inside was sealed,and the outside painted.I'm afraid If I tighten it,I'll ruin the seal inside,and also if I remove it.I'm thinking to remove it,clear the coating inside around the hole,and re-install the plug.probably need a new leak check.
