For a 47 Pickup transmission can cluster gears 022A-7113A and 022A-7113B interchangeable?

Yes…..the A and B suffixes merely denote the type of rear thrust washers used with the particular gear. So, just matching up the rear washer essentially makes them totally interchangeable.
