46 Pickup ignition switch

I am restoring a '46 Pickup that I bought a couple of years ago missing many
items including the ignition switch with steering wheel lock. The part I am
unable to find is Ford P/N 81A 3712 Case (steering and ignition lock switch.)
I am told that it has been discontinued so I'd like to find NOS or even used.
Also, perhaps the switch has been replaced by P/N 11A-3680 which I am also
unable to locate. Any thoughts on a possible source would be appreciate

While Pete's intent is noble, you may still be searching for a source as Little Dearborn hasn't been active of late. Perhaps you'll have better luck.
