A few days ago I posted a question about the problem I was having with the top not coming up.
I got lucky. The PO or shop stripped the threads out of the shoulder bolts on the pivot for the lifft arms. A couple of HeliCoils and new bolts solved the problem.
Dealer I bought it from said the hydraulic pump/motor had been overhauled by the owner which turned out to be true. It goes up and down in seconds engine off or on.
