428 cobra jet engine for sale.......bored 30 over. this is a complete motor. It has The 1UB crank, the third web on the mains and the C cast on the back. part numbers are
water pump c9ae 8505-a.....timing cover with pointer c8ae 6316 a2......balancer c8ae 6316 a2.........pistons L2303 .030 the bore mics at 4.160 and the stroke measures 4"
it has an edelbrock streetmaster intake...the heads have stainless ex valves and are the wrong heads for the motor they are part number c1ae 6090a...
the motor was rebuilt and has about 10,000 miles on the rebuild. it has been sitting in the garage for about 5 years. i pulled the heads and the pan to verify things....
there is no ridge on the cylinder walls. Also comes with the flex plate,distributer,fan brackets,alt. etc....no carb.
im no ford expert and these fe motors are hard to figure out but from the info on a few web sights this seems like the real deal, there is no part number on the block
