my Dad an I are working on our trucks every thursday night , dads 42 tree truck needs some grill bars ,all of them are pushed in ,but the body bars are not . it,s a big truck ,not a pic-up (does that make a difference )
 
Hey Mike, when you find those grille bars your next stop ought to be my garage where I have an NOS grille guard for that 42 truck. That will protect those new parts and create a little more space in my shop. Not to mention lightening the contents of your wallet a bit as well. I think Father's Day is coming up sometime this year. Hi: I have a set of grill bars on a 46 Ford 1 ton. They are all same fron 1/2 to 3 ton. I am in Manitoba Canada so it is too cold to remove them untill sspring. If you dont find something by April lae me know sdarr@mts.net

Hey Mike, Did I mention that grille and brush guard has the long mounting brackets and that it is NOS GENUINE FORD with a parts tag right on it. AND it will only hurt a little bit to scrawl out the little numbers on that check and sign your name. I mean... I don't want to kill you but you could take up a collection among the Peterson siblings and buy the thing for your Dad. If that doesn't work, maybe a second mortgage on your house, or better yet PUT THOSE CHILDREN TO WORK! Grand kids can give nice stuff to their wonderful grandfather, you just have to show them how. I have a bucket of grill bars that are damaged but can be used to make a set of bars.The center bar is not there. I want $30 plus frt. John 253 241 0228

mike, i have a full set of reproduction bars. used to be chrome, now mostly flaked off with surface rust. would need a light sandblast and paint. no damage, very straight. pay the shipping--they are yours. there is a picture of these in my album--42mh
