I need a pair of 42-48 ford frame brackets.. these support the middle of the running boards as well as the B pillar of the body .
my understanding is that they fit from 42-48 but that hey are different for each side.
Apparently They are bolted on, not riveted on. The reason for this is that they are reversible.
They are mounted in slightly different locations based upon the door length of the vehicle (short versus long door) and are swapped to the opposing side depending upon their application.
on a convertible this bracket sits below the B pillar.. and the b pillar bolts down to it..
I know woodies have the same bracket
specifically i need brackets 16470 in the image below.
