'42='48 Ford or Merc convertible: need assistance

If you have a Ford or Merc convert '42-'48 with the windshield out, we need some dimensions from the empty windshield frame. '41 convert might work too. Please PM me or post response here if you can assist.

The dimensions I need are the backset from the front face of the windshield frame to the pinch welded flange where the windshield rubber mounts, and the width of that flange itself. From another member I have learned that both dimensions are 1/2". Do you agree?
