41 truck cab door opening width?

I need some help from my brothers in arms... I'm trying to identify exactly where my misalignment is with my 41 doors. Can someone with a 'no-damage' cab take these two measurements for me? from hinge to 'bump' in the belt line, and hinge to a parallel point for the bottom hinge? 🙏 Hopefully, driver and passenger side is the same? (Mine is not, hence the problem) I am trying to figure out which side is nearest original. Also, I would expect odd gaps for the doors, certainly not 1/8" all around, but does this seem outrageous? Many thanks!

My upper measurement from the hinge surface to the edge of the cab skin is 33 1/4" the lower hinge to cab skin is 32 3/4" Tim

Looking at your door fit right now, I would shim or bend the upper hinge back slightly after doing so you may have to adjust the door up a tad to keep the beltline true. its a game of give and take with these old pickups. I had to twist my passenger door to get the surface to line up. Tim

I suspect that's something on my horizon for sure. Step 1 is to make sure the A-Pillar is in the right place. The LH was free of the floor due to rust, and before welding a frame inside for floor removal, want to make sure the doors are located correctly. I got a few responses off the 40-41 Ford Trucks FB group too, all confirmed the measurements provided here. So I feel like I have a good place to start! Thanks!
