My truck frame had a set of air shocks put on the back of it when I bought it and i would like to put a set back on it, since it has been converted to conventional shocks, anyone have a suggested shock number they have used? I would also like to add a sway bar at some point to the front, open to suggestions on that as well.

Sine yours is a custom setup I would take measurements to get the right length
of the air shocks. You don't know if someone else has done the correct measurements or if their shock mounts are even in the same place as yours. You don't want the shocks bottoming out before the rearend hits the travel stops, that could break the shocks. The shocks need to have just a little more travel in them then the suspension does, that way they will never bottom out. There is a bunch of shock videos on how to find the right length shocks on YouTube. I'd take the travel measurements and the shock stud mounting sizes to the auto parts store and see if they can come up with an air shock for you. I was mechanic and I have most of the catalogs here. they changed them out every year and I took the old one's home and updated my catalog collection. That way I could do my own parts research and not rely on the kid behind the counter.
