41 Ford gas tank installation

I have been trying to install a gas tank in my 41. I have bought 3 brackets for it to mount on. Two are for the rear cross member to tank that seem to install like they should. I am having trouble with the bracket that bolts to the center of the tank ,holes do not exactly line up as they should. I purchased the brackets from Joes antique car parts and he told me that I might have to tweak it to get it to fit. I think the brackets were for a 42 up, anyone know where I could find the right brackets for a 41? Does a bolt kit for a 35-40 fit the 41, kit I have is not drilled for the wire. I looked in the parts book and it only shows that 2 brackets are required, makes me wonder if a bracket is needed for the center of the tank. Would someone that has a 41 take a picture of their installation and email to bldrforu@yahoo.com or text me at 251 605 5323? I appreciate.

Thanks, Did the bolts on brackets bolt from bottom up or top down, or was the flange under or over the frame?

I just crawled under the 41 I am parting out to have a look. It's the same as bigdoor described. The bolts at the back are drilled and safety-wired.
