41 Cab and Door needed

much to my chagrin, the floor of my 41 is pretty sad, and I'm wondering if its smarter, price wise, instead of attempting to build the floor and structure that I need. Also found the bottom of the Drivers door is blown through. I've seen some cabs on Marketplace for 1000-1500, doors for about $200. driving involved, trailer costs.... what are your thoughts, and might anyone know of good condition cabs? (I'm in FL) Thanks!
 
The cab from 42-47 will fit and you can attach the 41 front end and the bed.
 
are 40-47 or 41-47 cabs the same? Are they identical, or are there extra holes and such depending on years?
