40 ford standard front bumber brackets?

does anyone have the measurements for the 40 standard front bumper bracket??i understand there is a diff. between std. and dlx. standard being shorter because of grill . i need demention so i will kno what i am looking for. thanks...Boo
 
I have both deluxe and std brackets (NOS) and it is hard to do this with dimensions only. They have different curvatures. Tomorrow I will try to get them out and take some pictures. The std outers have an abrupt angle where they head out to the end bolt where the deluxe ones it's more of a curve. The inner ones that look like a question mark, the deluxe ones have a longer straight "tail" and a tighter half circle part, if that makes any sense. Seeing them together is the best thing and I will try to get that set up. Maybe Kube has a better way to tell. It was a long time before I could identify one from the other like at a swap meet or loose off the car.
I have 2 deluxe 40s and 1 V8 (std) and have been collecting parts for a long time.
 
thanks, i would apreciate the pix.i sold my 40 std coupe 16 years ago and bought it back apart, and am trying to finish it to go to this years moonshine festival. many barts were missing.
 
I don't know about Drakes stuff but here is a picture of NOS Outer bars. I ran a rod through the forward most bolt hole for the frame to set them equal and at 90 degreesl. It looks to me that the Deluxe bumper bar is about 3" farther out then the V8 (std). I couldn't find the box with my inners but they would have to measure the same difference. Again, these are NOS Ford parts with the part numbers stenciled on them as well as on the parts tag. Notice the difference in radius where the bar bends out.
