The frame looks like a 40. From the bottom of the side panel to the top of the rail I measure 25". The 50 box looks to be about 5" taller than the 40. The bottom edge in the third picture is in about the right place. The 40s have a filler piece from that edge to the running board. The rail top on mine comes to about midway to the cab reveal at the cab corners. If you need better pictures let me know.

i might be able to raise the floor and be proportionately correct & yes this would be a low budget remedy lol. so yes please
#1could you take a pic of the front bed panel and cab
#2 how tall is that front panel from the bed to the top rail just under your rear window &
#3 how tall is the tailgate from the floor to the top.
#4 i have 27"taken @ the front "s" brace from rail top what do u have there, 25" ?
#5 the very rear "s" brace i have 25" from the rail top
ty very much man this is a big help i owe you a beer lol

Here are three pictures that should help.
The dimensions:
#2 is 19 1/2" *
#3 is 16 1/2" *
* The floor in my truck was raised 3/4" to allow the wood bed to go over the frame kick up at the axel.
#4 & #5 In daylight i am measuring 25 1/2" top of rail to bottom at both ends of the box sides at the braces.
You may have another issue using the 50 bed. You may need to narrow it. The 40 is only 46 1/2" inside the walls.

Where are you? I may take you up on that beer. LOL

That 40 bed should only be 46 inches between the walls as I remember it. You might want to check. I'd buy new front panel from Mack Products. JMHO. Al

Confirming 46 1/4". I brain cramped the dimension this morning. My bed has a new front panel and tailgate.

Im a man of my word & if i didnt live 3500 miles away, im from Oregon, id have to deliver it & get a ride in that nice p/u, ty so much lmao
This has been a challenge and i havent got a handle on it yet , the only measurement thats not the same here is my bed is 49" wide & yours 46 1/2" that leaves 2" clearance each side of the rail-bed side & i dont have a stock rear end so this is ok. Total height on front corner is 27" i can change that.
I guess ill have to find some chassis drawings to see if the hump over the rear may be different.

Thanks again
