Seems to me Bill Hirsch made them. If he still does, rest assured they are top notch.

Drake offers them as well. I had seen his inner rings a number of years ago and if you are not a total purist as I am, they would most likely suit your desire. At first glance they are actually quite nice. Not certain of the current quality he offers.
I do know his outer trim rings from years ago were very nice. Current outer rings are total poopy.
