40 ford headliner bows

My 40 coupe didn't have the headliner bows, so I found a set from a 39 tudor.
Are the bows the same?

No, absolutely not.

Tony, I checked Fords body parts list and only one of the bows will work. The one mark #1 is useable Part #81-705024. I checked and the 39 and 40 are close and both use the same amount. The 40's parts have designated with an"A" at the end of the number. I'm not sure what the difference is. But I do have two extra sets of which are either a 39 or 40. If I can help let me know.

I have a set out of a 40 two door. They are numbered, i could measure them and let you know what they are.
