40 Convertible Top Switch Question

I have a 40 convertible top switch that I am trying to restore. I got the air control part operational but am having trouble with the shaft through the mounting bracket being frozen/rusted. I have tried an ultrasonic cleaner, washing soda electrolysis and penetrating fluid. Any more suggestions.

An exploded picture/diagram of the switch and mounting bracket would be helpful also. I would like to see what the components look like before I go ape on the parts and destroy them.

If this is the switch you are talking about, maybe a little heat on the steel outer bracket.
