Up for sale is a complete mt products early lincoln style 12" by 2" brake package removed from a 1940 ford with about 3,000 miles of use.
What is included:
Mt products bendix stype self-adusting backing plates with shoes arched to drums. (shoes measure about 0.20" and new is 0.26")
12" by 2" mt heavy duty brake drums, turned once per mt instructions.
40 ford 5"x5 1/2" hubs with new studs
inner and outer bearings and races
new grease seals will be provided (2)
square grease box, with bolts and nuts (2,8,8)
threaded hub cap (2)
what is not included
spindle axle nut
spindle flat washer
wheel lug nuts
cotter pins
as said above everything was new 3,000 miles ago.
(except 40 hubs)
note, hubs are the stock 5" by 5 1/2" pattern.
