Hi, Lebaron Bonney in Amesbury, Mass. sells this item in repro for Model A's I believe and it is the same as the V8 except the ones they sell are chrome plated rather than painted like the originals. I would just buy one from them and scuff it and paint it if you want it to look authentic. I don't have a recent catalog from them but I think the spare lock with key was about $30-35. I think an original would cost you at least twice that. But if you really need an original I have one with a key for $75.
