I put a post in the other day on how to remove the rear glass on a 1937 Ford. 1935-1938 should also be the same style. I have the regulator out and I need to replace the window seals but cannot figure out how the glass comes out. I cannot turn it around or lower it to the bottom because of the curve on the back door. Someone out there must have done this before. Please help! I'm at a stand still. Thanks so much! Don

In 1953 ( 57 years ago) I did replace at least one rear glass on my '37 hump back.
If memory serves me correctly the regulator does not have to be removed but aids in the removal of the glass.
With the glass all the way up, loosen and remove front and rear vertical 'U' channel. (should be one screw or nut and bolt on the bottom. Top slides out of a hook arrangement)
Lower glass to where it can be disconnected from regulator.
Lift glass and tilt top inward to slide out of opening..
