4 bbl Y block intake

This intake was mixed in with a bunch of parts I bought over the summer. I am not too familiar with Y-Blocks but I did read up that all the Ford/Merc intakes are interchangeable. (Please correct me if I'm wrong) You can have the carb that is on it, it is a GM carb and most definitely incorrect and it is froze up too. If you dont want it and would rather save $ on shipping I'll remove it. $old plus shipping.
The numbers on the intake are EBY 9425 D which I believe is correct for 54-early 55

If you can use this make me an offer, I don't even own a Y-block.

Here is a copy of a PM I received from a fellow barner with more experience on Y-blocks.

"I just wanted to tell you that the intake manifold you have in the "Swap Meet" section (EBY-9424-D) is for a 1954 Mercury 256 Y-Block. It appears the same as a '55 intake, but the ports are much smaller ('54 only). It will work on a '54 Ford 239 Y-block for an upgrade though, since '54 Ford's were not offered with a 4 barrel (except if a police car with the 256 Mercury Y-block). Hope this helps you out.
