If you can't find a used one at a good price Dick Spadaro sells them new with all necessary hardware and gaskets.

Thanks for that info. I'll use Dick S. , eventually is none closer found. He is a good resource for us/our hobby!! Elmer is close to me and I'll talk to him first.
 
Excuse me for butting in, buty I have a quick question. Will these allow you to put an 8BA type dist on a 37 21 stud? thying to figure out how to shorten the motor assembly up some and the dist seem to be the part that sticks out farthest. Thanks Rod
 
Hey Rowdy,
Don't think so. IMO, you would would need a front plate for 'stand up' long shaft dist, like the one that the the 8BA has that's stock. There's guys here that are very skilled at what you want to do. Just ask over in the early V8 section. Luck
