'39 windshield adjustment screws

I'm trying to adjust my windshield out just a little bit on the drivers side of my 39 coupe. I have the 2 screws loose on the topside but the windshield wont slide in or out. What am I missing. Maybe a couple more screws that I don't see ??? Do the other 4 screws on that adjuster have to be loose as well ? The regulator arms are disconnected from the windshield frame. Thanks.

The screws you need to loosen are covered by the headboard

I had the headliner down and had loosened the screws. The 2 up top and the 4 facing the front but still wont move. I am missing something somewhere. I'll get back on it tomorrow. Thanks
