39 std windshield regulator

In 1939 the regulator knob was in the middle of the top of the dashboard, and horizontal. 1937 and 1938 the regulator knob was at the back of the dashboard and its axis was about parallel to the driveline. You could conceivably use a 1937-38 regulator but it would require using a 1937 or 1938 dashboard or MAJOR reconstruction of the dashboard to relocate the regulator handle. Some mods under the dash would likely be needed but would be hidden.
