I have a question about headliner, back panel, and kick panels.

Macs has a set in the $400 range for the 39 pickup. Midwest Early ford has a headliner and panel kit for $160, but it’s listed as 40-47.

Other than material appearance, is there a difference in cab dimensions? I’m trying to save a few bucks.

I have been told there is so I opted to get the 38-39 kit made by Cartouche from Joe's Ford I believe. It comes with ALL interior pieces in the original green cardboard material. Includes the door panels even for the 1938 model year. Our 39's come with the metal panels. I have not installed mine yet but the pieces look well thought out and build quality is good. Even includes the door trim lace material.

I would contact Micheal Driskell at Thrid Gen Automotive about the interior kit. He is a Cartouche dealer or Joe's. Third Gen Automotive 844-327-5988.

I'd sell my cars before I did business with Macs.

Thanks guys! I appreciate it. I’m putting spray in bed liner inside in the meantime.

It depends on how particular you are. The Cartouche kit is very nice and should fit your truck and comes with 8 peices. It's not 100% original as the edges have a sewn lacing and the roof panel is three parts sewn together to make the back corners work (instead of a pressed molding for the tight radius). The only option for a molded roof panel is the fiberglass version.
The door panels don't have holes across the top which I need for my 1935 truck, and I'm not sure if your '39 has a lip on the top edge of the door to hold the panel.
I ordered the kit from Mac's with no issues and they put me in touch directly with the folks that make the Cartouche kits to answer my detailed questions and that has worked well for me too.

Thank you Model51. I am using the 39 metal door panels. I’m not picky about originality- this isn’t a restoration.
