39 P/U hood hinge ?

Got my cab/hood and related parts back from paint and plan on reinstalling the hood to the cab.

I had POR15ed my hood hinges. About to order hingebracket hardware and I saw hood hinge pads in the catalogs. I do not remember pulling pads when I pulled my hinges. Thinking they would make sense to add on the reinstall. Any input, thank's.
 
Thank's for the feedback frank. I will order them , $8.00 for the pair is cheap enough.

I just bid on an 18guage toe board for my 39. Seems to be alot of 38/39 stuff lately on ebay. That piece will be the finishing touch to my interior.
 
If you do not end up with the toeboard on eBay, I have some NOS toeboards for a 39 and I believe I also have some used ones. If you have saved the one originally in your truck, it would help to have a pattern. They had at least 3 different design toeboards for 39's.
 
hey scott going to put these on my truck too "the hinge pads that is" but didnt disasemble that when i got the truck so have no idea what bolts to use or correct finish what are u using? also sent u a email hope u got it well let me know thanks
