39 Mercury running boards and rubber

A friend is restoring a 1939 Mercury Town Sedan in Finland and has not been able to locate new or usable running boards or new rubber for them. He can fix the boards but deperately needs the rubber. Any sources for new rubber? What about complete boards? Thanks.
