39-48 Ford Ground cable?

I have what looks to be an NOS Ford battery ground cable. Can't find one that looks like this one. Did Ford ever make the cable out of copper? See pictures. Thanks for any information you might provide.

Not for the early V8. The "A" prefix on the part number indicated a much earlier year.

Yep it’s for a Model A. That’s pretty neat to have a NOS version.
