Any special key points to keep in mind when pulling the motor (original flathead V8) from a 38 ford. Not planning on pulling the ******. Thanks in advance
 
put a temporary cross member to support the trans on the front. I have a piece of 1/2" flat stock and I put it across the front radius rods to do this- you may also have to block it up slightly to get it very close to level makes it easier to re-install the engine.
 
Thanks guys. Motor came out super easy. Good point about the ****** to keep level for reinsertion
