That is a 1938 Ford pickup grill. The gap between the horizontal bars and center bar is key.

The horizontal bars on a '39 extend all the way to the center vertical bar.

Very nice 38' grill! Bob drake has the upper v8 emblem available if you don't have one or can't find an original.

Greg do you have the stainless that goes around the perimeter? If not, I have a couple of beat up ones hanging in the garage. A few nights with my trim hammer and dolly and they might clean up pretty well.

38, The center piece is the shizznit, I was bidding one and let go at, wont say, a lot, that grill would bring north of 7. Looks not perfect but very nice, The prices for this stuff is wacky, I have a box of random odd stuff from mine let me know what you might need and I'll rumble through it and see what pops up.
