I'm wondering the productions total by year for the 38-41 pickup trucks?

I'm hearing the production for the 39 ws only 15K. I'm guessing that the 38-39 production was low because of the end of the depression, increased size/$ of that model, and the threat of war. I'm guessing that the 40 production was hi as folks knew war was iminent and wanted a new truck while they could get one. Surely it was'nt low in 38/39 because the grill was uuuuugly!! I love my 39, except them women's keep on pestering me for a ride...

Easy on the uuuugly! My 38 has sensitive feelings! You have to develope a true appreciation for the 38/39.

I never looked at it in that way. I guess if it ever stops running, I'll just hook my horse up to it! Lol
