I'm replacing the glass in the car and I have new window channels that came with the car when I bought it. The front channels have a triangle shaped bracket with a hole in it welded to the channel. What is this for? The rear channels have a pin in the hole but the regulators are different. I have a tudor humpback. Thanks.

The hole should have a pin in it also. It rides in the slot of the regulator arm and stops the window from going to far up and locks the window from coming down if someone tries to push it down by hand and also stops the window from going too far down also.
Let me know if you need pictures of the correct channels or regulators for your car as i have the same car too.

what if i bumped this thread because i need the pictures? are you still active in this forum buddy? i am not really that good with just follow text instructions so it will be better if there are some pictures for reference so i can already do my window regulator replacement. thanks.
