37 v8 motor

nope

Use the 37 engine and a 37 trans together. The back of the trans will connect to the torque tube. You may have to adjust the length of your torque tube, or cut your firewall.

Oh, and then you have to find a way to mount pedals... and then you get into a visit to the HAMB.

Jason should have added that you also need to figure out how to mount the wishbone. Fortunately parts from the kit to install a early V8 trans behind a stock Model A motor should solve your problems. Try Dennis Cling at clingsaftermarket.com, (480) 777-1202 for the parts. Be sure to confirm with him that they will do what you want. Be sure to check out HAMB by clicking on the "Hot Rods and Customs" forum on this site

PS: Forget about the Model A trans, it doesn't fit, doesn't have syncros, and isn't strong enough
