37 Pickup spare wheel lock cylinder

As the title I am looking to buy a NOS or excellent used lock cylinder with keys for a 1937 half ton spare wheel lock. Or a recommendation for a specialist who can repair these? I've a cylinder with no keys and I've had keys cut to the code unsuccessfully.
