37 fordoor sedan

I have a 37 Fordoor sedan that I am making into a resto street rod. I had several new patch panels installed. A new small block firewall, cowl panels both sides, front rocker panels both sides, front floor pans, and transmission tunnel, and a rear roll pan. My problem now is that the front clip and fenders will not line up properly. With the running boards on, and Where the front fenders attach to the cowl panels there’s about an inch gap on the passengers side, and about a 1/2-3/4” gap on the driver’s side. The shop that installed must not have braced everything before they cut out for the new panels, and cut the new panels to fit. Now things will not line up and fit correctly. Is anyone out there that can provide the inside measurement from the bottom of the cowl panels where they mount on the frame. I’m thinking I’m going to have to cut the firewall from top to bottom on both sides, and then the floor pans from firewall to the front rear door post, then move the bottom of the cowl panels out to fit. Any help with the correct measurements or a resource that I may go to to get the measurements would be greatly appreciated.
