New to posting pictures. If this works, here are pics of my 37 Tudor Slantback 60 hp, all original unrestored, as it looked after I cleaned it up and hand rubbed the paint. I've had this 37 for about 20 years. When I am gone, this will be a future barn find, as I'm keeping everything original unrestored...

This 37 was stored in a barn in Washington, CA owned by a fella in his 90's. Story goes everyone in town knew about this 37 and most everyone had tried to buy it, but without any luck.

Around 1980, my uncle Cleo, who was a one armed gold prospector, had earlier become friends with the owner, so when the owner decided to sell, he sold it to Cleo. Cleo bought the 37, but left it in the barn. A couple years passed and Cleo sold the 37 to my dad. My dad and Cleo got it running in the barn and my dad drove it up the Sierra mountains over Donner Pass to Lake Tahoe, where it was stored in his shop until 1992, when he agreed to sell it to me.

The head gaskets had leaked water into the pan and rusted some pin holes in the pan. We pulled the engine and discovered it had only a few miles on what appeared to be a rebuilt engine. We cleaned everything up, reassembled the engine and I brought it down to San Jose, CA.

I have old pics of it in as found condition. I just scanned these and added those last (6)old photos as well.

GREAT CAR ! Keep it as it is. These cars are rare nowdays. They get much more attention at car shows, than restored examples.
MIKE :)

Super nice. So is the El Camino I see in one picture. Keep them both and drive the wheels off them.
