36 phaeton ash tray

What does the ash tray retainer for the 36 phaeton look like?

Is it a bracket like the 35 spinner or just two screws through the face into?

Heres two images showing the two clips that hold the 36 ashtray frame in place. These clips work with and without a dash waterfall.
