I took mine out 1 year ago this month. So don't remember much 
now that its near time to put them together, but I do remember I had to remove every nut, screw, bolt and the channels before the glass would come out, that being said If I started putting it back together today the first and only piece that went in would be the glass then one piece at a time from there. I have found someone to do the doors for me as I am having all new glass cut. Good luck I had a great time just getting them apart....

Make sure when he cuts new glass that he cuts it from a piece with NO LOGO. Then you can put the correct "bug" on it. Roy Nacewicz makes them and can fix you up right.
