36 Ford Rear Quarter Window

I have them out of the car and am trying to get the glass out of the chrome frame without breaking it. Suggestions please

HUH? As far as I know the 35/36 didn't have any chrome frames on the quarter windows. Just a rubber gasket pushed in by the garnish molding.
