36 Five window to 36 3 Window, what interchanges ??

Hello , I have a 36 3 Window that is in need of a complete interior along with some other stuff . I have found a pretty nice 36 Five window that I might buy to swap parts back and forth and then re-sell the five window for less $$ of course but I think I would be money ahead if enough parts fit . So , I am looking for info on what is the same besides the obvious door panels etc . Are the seats the same ?? carpet/floor mat ? trunk mat ? etc etc .

Mike, There is very little that is the same interior trim wise between a 3-window and 5-window coupe. The door panels, rear trunk mat, package tray, and headliner are all dimensionally different and not interchangable. The front mat and seat assembly would be the same.

I don't know what is interchangable, but Cole Foster did this conversion for a car he built for a well know rock star.

It came out incredible. His company is called Salinas Boys. Check it out.

Also, the Rodder's Journal did a feature of the build. Certainly worth checking out as well.
