Okay guys I finally got a passenger side taillight stand for my 35. Can anyone post some pics or give me some measurements as to where I need to drill holes to mount it. Don't want to mess this up.
Thanks Bob

Wouldn't you want to use the drivers side for a pattern so they match? It should be a mirror image.

Augmenting what JSeery said, Use the drivers side fender tail Light holes as a guide for locating the passenger side holes. Please refer to attached sketch for hole patterns.

Also, to assist in positioning the holes properly; there is a gusset plate that bolts under the fender/ taillight stand that the bottom stud on stand passes through. If you bolt that gusset into place, you can use the hole to locate where the bottom hole needs to go. Once that is positioned, easy to work out where to drill the rest. the taillight wiring is also held in place by said gusset.

Well I opened box and it's not a 35. He said he took it off a 35 that he junked and assumed it was right. Good guy through gonna give me my money back after I ship it back.

What was the one he sent you, a '36 RH taillight stand?

I had sent you pictures of two '35 RH taillight stands that I have on two of my cars now and will be removing those to replace them with actual original '35 stands for cars with a rumble seat. Those stands coming off my cars are non rumble seat stands that someone had drilled holes into the tops to attach the step mounts. Those holes can be filled/welded up, and the stands pretty easily converted back to non rumble seat versions w/o a step mount. You never sent a reply to my messages, including pictures, offering you either of those two stands. I will be placing those stands here in the swap for sale section as soon as I have time to remove them, and take some additional pictures showing the areas that will need some repair. I could pm you when I place them on the board if you would like to consider getting one of these.
