You are going to need the later mounting bracket for the unit. Bob Drake reproduces these or place a wanted ad. You will also probably need to shorten the steering shaft and column jacket. You will probable need to relocate the lock ring on the steering shaft. This is a common change to improve the steering. Welcome to Fordbarn
